Stephanie Helm started making wine when she was 9 years old in1995. Since then she has made wines from Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with her 1998 Cabernet Sauvignon winning a gold medal and trophy at the local wine show. She has chosen the Halley's Comet for her label since she was born as Halley's Comet streaked across the skies in 1986.
